One-off Service Call
Once we have made a basic diagnostic of the fault, we can arange a mutually convenient visit to get your Hot Tub working again. We always try to keep our rates fair and in line with those of our competitors.
Preventative Maintenance

Spafix Once - only £199
Your complete annual service: we give the tub a complete overhaul - every part is checked and signed off. We also flush your tub through, giving it a clean as we go. Most well-known manufacturers will tell you that getting your Spa or Hot Tub serviced regularly could save you money in the long run, as we can detect problems early. Your tub needs to be full and up to temperature. If additional work is required, we will always discuss it with you first. -
Spafix Easyfresh - only £99
This service is for the busy professional. When you have worked hard through the week and that weekend chores list is getting longer, let us take care of the Hot Tub for you. We flush the Hot Tub through, rotate and clean your filters, re-fill, and re-balance the water. We recommend you use Easyfresh every three months or as often as you like. Our engineers always have extra filters and chemicals for sale.
Free Basic Advice
If you have any concerns regarding the running or operation of your tub, or you feel it may have a fault but you are not completely sure, then give us a call. Sometimes we can offer suggestions to save you having to pay for a service visit. We do not offer technical advise to tradesman - private customers only.
Custom Spa Covers - from £295
We can supply covers of any shape and size, with a wide choice of colours readily available. We can find the right rigid cover to fit any brand or make of Hot Tub or Spa, up to 96in/2400mm square. See the Custom Spa Covers page for more information.
Spare Parts
Most of the Hot Tubs in circulation today are made of components made by just a few different companies. We are able to get most parts for most tubs, or offer an alternative. Submit your parts enquiry from our contact page.
